1. Group of Delhi Superbikers (G.O.D.S.)
As the name suggests G.O.D.S is the super bikers group in Delhi founded by Dr. Arun Thareja a.k.a. Dr Speed in 1998. It is one of the oldest motorcycle groups in the country. This is a group of more than 70 super bikers, including highly educated people like pilots, doctors, MBA’s, executives, bankers, property consultants, ex-army men, businessmen etc. which are highly potential and super enthusiast towards biking. This group takes several tests before joining any member as it believes in quality not quantity with a tagline “GODS R ONE!”. If you are willing to join this group then you must be above 25 years of age and own a superbike of 600 cc engines and more. 2. The Musafir
Founded in 2010, The Musafir Motorcycling is a biking club of Mumbai and Pune with more than 20 lakh km of biking experience. The Musafir is a group of more than 1000 super enthusiast riders who run different brands of motorcycles. They keep sharing information relating to the new motorcycle being launched, new safety gear, how to be safe while driving, how to select right bike accessories etc. during the ride and on their social media platform.
They have completed many assignments from India’s leading motorcycle company- Bajaj and have managed many Dominar 400 HyperTours for the same company since June 2018 including Leh, Spiti, North-East, Sikkim, Bhutan, Goa, Kutch, Rajasthan and many more. 3. India Bull Riders
India Bull Riders was founded by Sajeesh Nair in November 2007. Initially, he was associated with many other Motorcycle riding clubs after that he thought the idea of creating an exclusive Royal Enfield + Vintage Classic motorcycle club of his own to gather biking enthusiasts from New Delhi / NCR. India Bull Riders was initially known as Delhi Bull Riders as the project was started on 22nd November 2007, in Delhi and the main focus was to target Royal Enfield biking enthusiasts of New Delhi / NCR. After that in June 2010, DBR was renamed as IBR as several other biking enthusiasts outside Delhi showed interest in the club.
India Bull Riders have 8 recognized chapters in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Udaipur, Bangalore, Chennai and Jaipur and three chapters under probation are Jamshedpur, Kolkata and Guwahati. The members of the group join together weekly or bi-weekly for their passion for biking. 4. The Bikerni
The Bikerni was founded by Urvashi patole in January 2011 with only 14 members from Mumbai and Pune. Urvashi Patole was the rider since 16 years and has covered approx 4 lakh kilometres before the Bikerni was formed but she has found the adverse situation for women riders in her biking meetups and her other riding experience that led her motivated to create the group only for women. The Bikerni is India’s first women motorcyclists group. It got inspired many women riders towards racing, stunting, touring etc from all over the world.
The Bikerni has recently announced their new goal – “Ride Across Borders”. In this tour, 14 women riders will cross 13 international borders from London to Delhi for two months between February and April 2019. It will become the largest women motorcyclists group that would ride this much of long distance that is also in a single road trip. 5. Bajaj Avenger Club
Bajaj Avenger Club was founded by Srinidhi Hebbur in 2012. Currently, it is managed by Srinidhi Hebbur, Siddharth Selvarajan and Ankit Gandhi. It is the largest representation of Bajaj Avenger all over the world. This club believes in group riding, safe riding and charity. Their tagline is as enthusiastic as the group itself that is “Blood in Tank, Fuel in Veins”. This popular club has 13 chapters across India with more than 3000 members and 1 chapter in Bogota, Colombia as well.
Bajaj Avenger Club’s Bangalore chapter has more than 550 members. This club believes in safe riding and is very active in charity as well. 6. FZ RIDERS CLUBS
FRC FAZER OR FZ RIDERS CLUB is the club of Mumbai- Pune that was founded in 2013. The main motive of this group is to gather likeminded bikers and to spread the happiness of riding. The first ride that club took was on 23rd February 2014 to Kelwe. This club had one-day rides, night rides, off-roading, rallies and many more. Their longest ride till now was Mumbai-Delhi-Mumbai tour. This club has also partnered with CEAT to ride across 7 states for spreading road safety awareness.
FZ RIDERS CLUB is very actively involved in social services such as traffic safety rallies (RFS), donation of food and clothes in Mother Teresa Old Age Home. This group is very popular because of their friendly behaviour, respect among riders and admins. It is the most exciting club where everybody is treated equally and like family. 60kph was formed in 5th January 2002 to gather like-minded bikers and to encourage them to live the life they wanted to on Roads. This group is riding long distances since it is formed and the philosophy of the club is “You can never come back from a ride”. They are always in search of true bikers who want to experience different places and interact with different people. 60kph says that the brotherhood of bikers is where the true feeling of travel is shared; adventures, anxieties & difficulties are better understood.
Travelogues on the site are to give you a subconscious insight about the place and the rider. 8. Road Thrill
Road Thrill launched in February 2015 is a non-profit biking and travel community. This community is pioneered by a dedicated RT Admin Team and RT Crew. Their main base is in Bangalore and does all kinds of rides including day ride, night ride, overnight rides, endurance rides, awareness sessions, workshops, cause rides and many more. Their main motive is to gather happy people. They say that they meet, travel and discover to bust the stress and get away from the professional assignments. They don’t believe in rough attitude, ego and heroism.
As a member of the group they take the responsibility for their conduct individually and respect everybody. 9. Motorhead Motorcycle Club
You may have seen many super bikers club but there are very fewer clubs which works in perfect harmony, Motorhead Motorcycle Club is one of them. This is a Gurgaon/NCR based community. They believe in the values of safe and responsible riding. They particularly carry Harley-Davidsons and a set of ideas which celebrate freedom and passion for the motorcycle subculture.
This club consists of CEOs and CFOs with a large group of association but they don’t have any ego. Their polite and friendly nature attracts biking enthusiasts towards this group. 10. Harley Owners Group (HOG)
Harley Owners Group (HOG) is a sponsored community marketing club by Harley Davidson for the same brand of biking enthusiasts. This group was made in 1983 in the US to build a stronger relationship between the same brands of bike customers. The managing director of Harley-Davidson India- Anoop prakash says that “The Harley Davidson is not just a motorcycle; it is a lifestyle. “It’s the spirit of riding, brotherhood, camaraderie that makes H.O.G. special,”. In India, it has more than 4000 members in 13 chapters across the country.
Harley Owners Group (HOG) members spend rarely more than 30% from the other same bike owners on items such as clothing and other sponsored events. Harley Davidson is an American icon. The name HOG of the group comes from the word used to define Harley-Davidson motorcycles. It is also the symbol of Harley’s corporate stock ticker. HOG believes in charity also.
